Delivery and Returns

Shipping costs are calculated in your basket at the checkout before payment is made.

  1. We try to ship within 2 working days after payment has been received unless the item states it is available to order.
  2. We will inform you by email when you item has been shipped.
  3. We use Parcelforce or Royal Mail for UK orders and and all parcels will require a signature.
  4. International orders are shipped by International signed for mail or trackable courier.
  5. Our couriers will take 3 to 5 days to delivery your items. If you require them more quickly then there is a 2 to 3 day delivery option at check out which means your parcel will arrive 2 to 3 working days after purchase, however we can not be held responsible if delivery takes longer.


  1. Customers have the right to cancel any order up to 14 days after receipt of your order.
  2. We will refund or exchange your purchases within 14 days of return, if they are in full resalable condition including all original items received from us in original undamaged packaging. If you fail to return the goods in original condition we will charge you for reduction in value. Original postage costs are not refundable.
  3. We will charge a 5% restocking fee as we have to unwrap, check, wash and relist the item.


In the very unlikely event of your order arriving damaged or faulty, Cake stand land will correct this at our expense. We will replace the damaged goods (subject to stock) or refund you in full on receipt of returned goods. Cake stand land will pay for the return postage in this instance.If you choose to return using your own courier we will only refund economy shipping.

You must inform us within 3 days of receipt of your order of any damaged or faulty goods.

Please note: gift boxes ordered with cake stands are non returnable as we have to make them up and glue them from flat packs. Gift wrap and cards are non returnable as they can not be re sold.

It is the buyers responsibility to take reasonable care of the items you intend to return and ensure that we receive the goods back and are not damaged in the return transit. Please return all goods in original packaging. Any goods returned damaged or in a non resalable condition will not be refunded.
